You may return stock items within 15 days as long as they are returned in their original packaging. The only exceptions are hazardous material, custom, and non-stock special order items.
We reserve the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection determines that the product is defective, a 15% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock.
We will not cover any shipping charges unless we have made a mistake.
ALL COVID19 RELATED ITEMS can not be returned if the product is taken out of box and/or opened.
