Clear polyester tape for box sealing, recouperage and other demanding applications in a variety of environments. Meets Fed. Spec. PPP-T-60E, Amend. 2, Type III, Class 2 (clear), CID A-A-1830B (clear) for use as government certification tape.
Pressure-sensitive rubber resin adhesive bonds instantly with more than 12,000 minutes adhesion to fiberboard. Tensile strength of 45 lb/inch in machine direction; 65 lb/inch cross direction. Heavy biaxial oriented polyester backing is easy to handle and dispense. Strongest resistance to abrasion. Resists moisture and scuffing. Highest edge tear and split resistance in polyester line. - Complies with environmental considerations of ASTM D1974-92. - Graphics show through clear backing. - Standard widths: 36, 48, and 72 mm
