SCS 770045 - EOS/ESD Assessment Kit

SCS 770045 EOS/ESD Assessment Kit offers an effective way to detect ESD events, troubleshoot, and verify that the ESD control processes are working properly. The devices included in the kit identify EOS (electrical overstress) and ESD (electrostatic) generators.

SCS EOS/ESD Assessment Survey Kit
Use to measure, verify and qualify products for use in the ESD Protected Area in accordance with ESD Association documents: ESD TR53, ANSI/ESD S4.1, ANSI/ESD S7.1, ANSI/ESD STM97.1 and other documents.

  Meets resistance measurement requirements of TR53 and ANSI/ESD STM97.1

  Detects, counts and measures ESD events that can damage ESD items and cause tool lock-ups, erratic behavior and parametric errors
• CTM051 Ground Pro Meter
  Confirms that an AC electrical outlet’s wiring is correct and the path to equipment ground conductor (the green wire) is intact and to measure ground impedance in accordance with ANSI/ESD S6.1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 required limits

  Measures electrostatic fields, offset voltage (balance) and charge decay of ionization equipment
