3M-Matic Case Sealer 8000r3 with 3M AccuGlide V Taping Head is a random size case sealer that automatically adjusts for case height and width. We designed this case sealing unit to process up to 15 cases per minute using 2-3” (50-72mm) tape. This box sealing equipment keeps cases aligned during tape application and offers low impact sealing to protect cases from damage.
Automatically Adjusts to Each Case
Our 3M-Matic Case Sealer 8000r3 with 3M AccuGlide V Taping Head is a random case sealer designed to automatically adjust to a variety of box sizes. It features a rugged 16-gauge welded steel frame and epoxy paint finish, with traction-grip belts for positive box conveying. 3M AccuGlide V Taping Heads offer low impact sealing to protect cases. This carton sealer uses 2-3” (50-72mm) tape to seal up to 15 boxes per minute: case lengths of 8” (205mm) or more, widths of 4.5-22.5” (114-527mm) and heights of 5.5-27” (139-689mm). The twin gear motor drives allow for high volume and heavy duty sealing applications, managing cases weighing up to 85 lbs. (38kg). The top flap compression rollers push the flaps together for a tight center seam with a secure seal, which also shifts stress from box corners to the sides.

Taping Heads Provide Low Impact Sealing
Designed to apply a "C" clip of Scotch® box sealing tape, the 3M AccuGlide V Taping Heads seal the top and bottom center seams. With a flowing, curvilinear form for low impact and consistent application, 3M AccuGlide taping heads help protect the boxes while providing greater case throughput. Dual masts with dual crossbars provide stronger taping head stability.
